PackVue (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a packaging supply comparison website operated by Diversified Product Solutions, LLC. We help buyers compare prices and specifications from US packaging suppliers. We do not sell products directly, and we do not require user accounts.
This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
2. Information We Collect
Email address
We collect your email address when you submit a request for quote (RFQ) or sign up for product update notifications. Providing your email is voluntary.
Usage data
We use an analytics provider (PostHog or Plausible) to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and which features are used. This data is collected in aggregate and is not used to build individual profiles. See our Cookie Policy for details.
What we do not collect
We do not collect payment information, create user accounts, use advertising cookies, or sell data to third parties.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to RFQ submissions and sourcing inquiries.
- To send product updates or new supplier announcements, if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
- To understand how visitors use PackVue and improve the site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in, and we do not sell or rent your email address to anyone.

We do not share your information with packaging suppliers, advertisers, or data brokers. “Buy” links take you directly to supplier websites; those sites have their own privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
- RFQ and sourcing inquiry data: retained for 2 years, then deleted.
- Email marketing opt-ins: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Analytics data: retained per the analytics provider’s defaults.
6. California Residents — CCPA Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Know: You may request details about what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Opt Out: We do not sell personal information. There is nothing to opt out of.
